Nagwa Fouad and Qamar 14

During her artistic career, artist Nagwa Fouad was looking for distinction, and presented on the stages where she danced artistic performances.

It was not just solo dancing, but she was keen to present oriental performances rich in costumes, decorations, choirs and lights. All the performances she presented had music composed specifically for her. The most prominent of these was the music (Qamar 14), which was composed specifically for her by the musician of generations, Mohamed Abdel Wahab, and she presented it at the Sheraton Cairo Hotel as part of an artistic performance in which she entered the stage in a litter.

Among the performances she also presented was the performance (Ali Loz), written by Yousry Mohamed, composed by Mustafa Hamido, and sung by Fatima Eid and Fayed Mohamed Fayed.

This photo was on the cover of Nagwa Fouad in issue No. 798 of Al-Mawed magazine, published on March 2, 1978.
